Terms and Conditions 

At Heartland Equestrian , we want to give our customers the most enjoyable shopping experience, one that will keep them coming back to our store time and time again. That’s why we believe that our store policies should be fair, clear and transparent. Below you’ll find a list of all our policies. Lesson, club and clinic terms and conditions.

Lessons;

- Lesson bookings are accepted via emailing Heartlandequestrian@gmail.com

- Lessons are refundable up to 48 hours before lesson days. Cancellations after that may require a cancellation fee.

- In the event the lesson is cancelled with 48hours, refunds will not be provided however you will receive a credit touse at an alternative time.

Clinics;

- Clinic bookings may be made via the Heartland Equestrian Facebook event.

In the event the clinic is at capacity your name will be put onto a waiting list.

- ​Non-refundable deposit for clinic is required within 24hours of booking confirmation, otherwise your place will be offered to participant on the waiting list.

- Final payments for clinics are required within 7days of the clinic​ date, if payment is not received by then you will forgo your place in the clinic.

- In the event that, you can no longer attend the clinic due to injury or unavailability you are responsible for finding another participant to take your position at the clinic.

Your deposit will not be refunded; however, you will receive a credit to be utilised either at a future clinic or lesson.

- In the event that Heartland Equestrian cancels the clinic or lesson day, all payments will be refunded, if an alternative date cannot be provided.

- Attendees of the clinic, acknowledge and agree to have film and videos taken of them participating in the clinic.

This material may also be used for future marketing purposes of Heartland Equestrian via social media or on their website.

Kids & Adult Riding Club;

- Bookings are made via emailing Heartlandequestrian@gmail.com

- Final payments for term participation are required within 14days of program commencing.

- Waiver forms must be completed yearly upon commencement of program at Heartland Equestrian.

- Cancellation of attendance to monthly gathering must be received within 7days of confirmed club date.

- Refunds will not be issued, however Heartland Equestrian reserves the right to apply credits where seen reasonable.

- In the event that Heartland Equestrian cancels the club date, all payments will be refunded, if an alternative date cannot be provided.

- Attendees of the clinic, acknowledge and agree to have film and videos taken of them participating in the club day.
